3 for $100
Purchase 3, 30 min sessions for $100. Come in to learn the basics and see if personal training is right for you. Over the course of 3, 30 min sessions we will go over various exercises, learn proper technique, and learn why these exercises relate to your goals. (All 3, 30 min sessions must be used within 10 days and this is a one time offer).
In Person Personal Training
1 sessions / week - $260 (1 month)
2 sessions / week - $500 (1 month)
3 sessions / week - $720 (1 month)
Currently running a special where you get 20% off your first month. 1st month prices would be $208, $400, or $576 depending on if you select 1, 2, or 3 sessions per week.

With a personal trainer by your side, making progress has never been easier.
All training is done out of Bodyshop Fitness Centre.
Online training/coaching
$120/month
Online training is the best way to train on a budget. It offers a custom individualized program and comes with personalized feedback. Clients will record videos of themselves doing exercises and will receive immediate feedback. Each client’s goals are different and will be taken into account when customizing their online program.
Powerlifting Coaching
$140/month
1 on 1 online Powerlifting coaching includes custom programs (updated weekly), individualized feedback including video demonstrations on various exercises, technique review, and lifestyle changes to improve progress. Package also includes meet day in person handling and coaching (in Ontario).
